Following the market introduction of the Rotax E10, BRP-Rotax is bringing electric karting into competitive RMC (Rotax MAX Challenge) racing. The E10 Mini will now feature as a dedicated category in selected Rotax MAX Challenge championships and race events worldwide, where drivers can qualify for the RMC Grand Finals. The E10 category will debut on the international stage this year in Portimão, Portugal. 

BRP-Rotax is pleased to announce the introduction of a brand new event on the Rotax racing calendar in the Nordic region – the RMC Viking Trophy. Denmark’s Vojens Motorsport Arena is rekindling the spirit of Scandinavian competition, inviting their neighbouring nations to take up the challenge against an international driver line-up from April 1-5. Prizes will include entry to the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy Europe at Le Mans in July.

The Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy Asia 2026 was successfully contested on January 20-25 in Macau, where more than 20 nations were represented throughout Australasia, Europe and other regions. In its premier appearance, the demanding 1,203-metre Coloane Kart Circuit provided the ideal venue for the high profile championship, resulting in the most competitive edition of the event to date. New winners were crowned in seven categories from as many countries and the first RMC Grand Finals 2026 tickets were awarded. Macau delivered both an historic and memorable week! 

The 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Cup marked the official start of the European Rotax Karting season at KartCenter Campillos. The CIK/FIA-homologated circuit once again proved to be a true benchmark, with a demanding layout combining long straights, technical sections and a wide racing surface that rewarded precision, consistency and racecraft.

BRP-Rotax is pleased to reveal the location the 2024 Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Festival for the Micro MAX and Mini MAX, in collaboration with Motorsport UK. Karting North East and Warden Law Kart Club, near Sunderland in the north of England, will be the first British venue to host this unique event for the youngest Rotax drivers on September 20 to 22, 2024. Supported by the Authorized Rotax Distributor for Kart in the UK, J.A.G. Rotax, prizes include RMC Grand Finals 2024 tickets for the Micro- and Mini MAX champions at the Rotax racing season highlight in Sarno, Italy from October 19 to 26.

BRP-Rotax will celebrate a quarter of a century since the Rotax MAX Grand Finals began back in 2000 when it returns for the third time to Circuito Internazionale di Napoli in Sarno, Italy from October 19-26. With close to 400 qualified drivers and their many supporters coming together from in excess of 60 nations to contest the most RMC Grand Finals titles yet at the season headline event, the excitement is already building.

The second stop for the 2024 Race Rotax US Trophy West Series was the Musselman Honda Circuit in Tucson, Arizona. Rotaxians from all across the western half of North America traveled to the Tucson, Arizona circuit on March 22-24 for the third and fourth rounds of the championship program, including a full day of practice on Friday with two separate days of competition on Saturday and Sunday.

In an effort to strengthen the Rotax market throughout Northern Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, Scuderia Buell has quickly become a main puzzle piece to RTX Karting’s dealer network in the Southern United States.
